В статье рассматриваются особенности влияния бюджетной реформы на социальную сферу. Автор анализирует происходящие изменения через призму принимаемых нормативно-правовых документов. Особое внимание уделено рассмотрению изменений в системе социального обслуживания населения РФ.
The article is about the impact of budget reform RF on the social sphere. The author analyzes the changes in the light of accepted legal documents. Particular attention is paid to changes in the system of social services for the population RF.
