Die Wirtschaftsbeziehungen Rußlands mit den Ländern Mittel- und Osteuropas 1992-1995

Abstract

'Der vorliegende Bericht befaßt sich mit der Entwicklung der Wirtschaftsbeziehungen zwischen Rußland und den Ländern Mittel- und Osteuropas (MOE) im Zeitraum 1992-1995, der durch den Fortgang der marktwirtschaftlichen Umgestaltung der Volkswirtschaften dieser Staaten geprägt war. In diesem Kontext werden Dynamik, Struktur und organisatorische Aspekte des Außenhandels der Russischen Föderation (RF) mit den MOE-Staaten sowie die Zusammenarbeit in den Zweigen der materiellen Produktion eingehend analysiert, die wichtigsten der dabei erkennbar gewordenen Probleme aufgezeigt und die Perspektiven der bilateralen Wirtschafts- und Handelsbeziehungen der RF mit diesen Ländern skizziert. Darüber hinaus erörtert der Verfasser die eventuellen Folgen der stufenweisen Integration der MOE-Länder in die Europäische Union (EU) für Rußland und die bilaterale Wirtschaftskooperation. Quellenbasis der Untersuchung sind Angaben des Goskomstat der RF, Informationen von mit Wirtschaftsfragen befaßten Behörden (Ministerium für Außenwirtschaftsbeziehungen, Wirtschaftsministerium u.a.), russische Periodika sowie statistische Materialien, wissenschaftliche Ausarbeitungen und Pressematerial aus den MOE-Ländern.' 'The present report deals with the evolution of economic relations between Russia and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in the years 1992 to 1995, a period marked by the continuing transformation of the economic systems of these countries into market economies. In this context, the report analyses in detail the dynamics, structure and organisational aspects of the Russian Federation's (RF) trade with the CEE countries and their co-operation in the various branches of material production, it identifies the major problems encountered and outlines the prospects for the RF's bilateral economic and trading relations with these countries. The author goes on to discuss how the step-by-step integration of the CEE countries into the European Union (EU) could affect Russia and its bilateral economic co-operation. The source basis for the study comprises data from the Goskomstat of the RF, information received from authorities dealing with economic affairs (Ministry for Foreign Trade Relations, Ministry of the Economy, etc.), Russian journals, and statistical materials, academic papers and press material from the CEE countries.'
