"In diesem Beitrag wird eine Programmevaluation vorgestellt, die sich der Förderung seelischer Gesundheit von Kindern im Rahmen der Kindertagesbetreuung widmet. Das Design der Studie setzt sich aus zwei Interventionsprojekten und einer prä-post-Evaluation zusammen. Aus den Ergebnissen werden Schlussfolgerungen für die Praxis und Evaluation von Programmen zur Gesundheitsförderung gezogen. Die theoretischen Grundlagen stellen die Erkenntnisse der Resilienzforschung und -förderung dar. Die Untersuchungsergebnisse lassen (vorsichtige) Schlüsse dahingehend zu, dass eine ressourcenorientierte Haltung der pädagogischen Fachkräfte positive Effekte bezogen auf die Entwicklung des Selbstkonzepts der Kinder und deren kognitiver Entwicklung hervorruft." "The article presents a program evaluation for promoting children's mental health in Early Childhood Institutions. The study design consists of two intervention projects and a pre-post-evaluation. Conclusions for the practical application and evaluation of health promotion programs have been derived from the results. The theoretical background for this research is representative of the findings of resilience research and resilience promotion. The results show that resource-oriented attitudes of education professionals have positive effects on the development of children's self-concept and cognitive development."
