"Der Beitrag über 'Wilkhahn Mehrwerte' erläutert am konkreten Unternehmensbeispiel die Möglichkeiten, umfassend Rechenschaft über die vielfältigen Aspekte einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung abzulegen. "The aim of 'Wilkhahn Added Values' was to reduce the complexity of the standard of sustainability to a certain extent to make comprehensible for both employees and the public, but at the same time to achieve suitable depth in terms of content which could be used as a basis of deducing binding and measurable goals for corporate development. The report is focussed to critical analysis on economic reference figures, product development, employee-oriented style of leadership, market relations, ecological and cultural responsibility. Reference is made to how these factors are linked. The fields (of tension), that are central to every chapter, are as informative as the conflicts in terms of goals and solution strategies indicated in each case. This step to a sustainability reporting marks a mile stone for a new kind of sustainability management." (author's abstract)... view less
