%X This writing, a research result, aims to unveil the idea of city-panic, to outline the violence in Medellin. However, despite this being the backdrop, these lines will focus on various forms of youth mobilization that emerge in different marginal neighborhoods of the city as ways to deal with a reality of exclusion and violence.
