Wissenschaftliche Beratung für professionelle Praktiker: Grundlinien einer Konzeption professionsbezogener Beratungskommunikation

Abstract

"Es wird eine spezifische Form von Beratung zur Diskussion gestellt. Sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie explizit als wissenschaftliche – im engeren Sinne als sozialwissenschaftlich basierte - Beratung konzipiert und unmittelbar sowie ausschließlich an berufserfahrene Praktiker/ Praktikerinnen in lehrenden, helfenden und heilenden Professionen adressiert ist. In dieser unmittelbaren Beratungskommunikation werden keineswegs sozialwissenschaftliche Wissensinhalte transferiert. Die Verwendung sozialwissenschaftlichen Wissens geschieht vielmehr qua Verfahren. Es dient als Form und Reflexionsfolie bei der Rekonstruktion berufspraktischer Handlungsweisen. Die wissenschaftliche Beratung für Professionsangehörige zielt auf die Sensibilisierung für jene die alltägliche Berufspraxis konstituierenden sozialen Strukturen praktisch-professioneller Arbeit. Das Typische am Einzelfall wird hier zu einer reflexiven Strukturdeutung verallgemeinert. Dieses Beratungskonzept, bei dem der zwingend notwendige Fallbezug der Arbeit von jeglichem Therapieanspruch ebenso wie von psycho-sozialen oder fachlich orientierten Beratungsvorstellungen gelöst wird, werde ich im folgenden am Beispiel der wissenschaftlichen Beratung für Lehrer/ Lehrerinnen kategorial entfalten in der Perspektive der Grundlegung einer Theorie professionsbezogener Beratungskommunikation sowie der Bestimmung der analytischen, reflexiven und argumentativ-rhetorischen Handlungsanforderungen, mit denen der/die Berater/in umzugehen hat. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei die Analyse und Konzeptualisierung des Verhältnisses zwischen Handlung und Reflexion, Können und Wissen, praktisch-intuitiver Entscheidungs-/ Urteilssteuerung und theoretischer Rationalisierung professioneller Praxis." "A specific type of counselling is presented for discussion. This type is characterised by the fact that it is designed as an explicitly scientific counselling – social scientific to be more precise – and it addresses directly and exclusively experienced practitioners in teaching, helping and healing professions. This direct counselling communication is anything but transferring social scientific knowledge. The use of social scientific knowledge rather takes place qua procedure. It serves as a form and a model of reflection in reconstruction ways of professional acting. The scientific counselling of members of professions aims at their sensitisation for those social structures of professional work which constitute the everyday professional practice. Here, the typical element of the single case will be generalised towards a reflexive structural interpretation. In the following article I am going to unfold this concept of counselling in which the necessary case orientation of work is separated from any therapeutic claims as well as from any psychosocial and substantive conceptions. I will explicate this concept of counselling by using the example of scientific counselling of teachers. The basic perspective is to develop the foundations of a theory of profession related counselling communication and to determine the analytical, reflexive, and argumentative-rhetorical requirements which the counsellor has to meet. The analysis and conceptualisation of the relationship between action and reflection, skill and knowledge, practical-intuitive decision- making and inferences on the one hand and theoretical rationalisation of professional practice on the other hand are in the centre of interest of this discussion."
