'Seit rund 25 Jahren lässt sich auf Konzerten der aus der Punk-Bewegung entstandenen Hardcore-Bewegung einen Tanz namens Slamdance beobachten, dessen Choreographie im Wesentlichen aus Schlägen, Tritten und Kollisionen besteht. Die vorliegende qualitative Untersuchung beschäftigt sich sowohl mit den Motiven des Tanzes, wie mit den Funktionen, die die gewalttätigen Interaktionen für die Teilnehmenden haben.
