Der Altenheimsurvey: Durchführung und Repräsentativität einer Befragung in den Einrichtungen der stationären Altenhilfe

Abstract

'Der Altenheimsurvey (AHS) ist eine Repräsentativerherbung unter Altenheimbewohnern. Er erfaßt insbesondere auch den Lebensverlauf und die Gründe des Heimeintritts. Darüber hinaus wird mit dem Altenheimsurvey eine wichtige Lücke im Datenbestand der empirischen Sozialforschung geschlossen: Allgemeine Bevölkerungsumfragen wie der ALLBUS, das Sozio-Ökonomische Panel, der Familiensurvey und andere Umfragen beziehen sich ausschließlich auf die Bevölkerung in Privathaushalten. Mit dem Altenheimsurvey werden große Teile des Fragenprogramms allgemeiner Bevölkerungsumfragen in vergleichbarer Weise auch für Altenheimbewohner erhoben.' (Autorenreferat)

'The survey of homes for the aged is a representative survey among the population in homes for the aged.
