Fuzzy-Systems - Überlegungen zur Vagheit sozialer Systeme

Abstract

"Ziel dieses Beitrags ist, die Luhmannsche Systemtheorie auf eine Modellierung mittels Fuzzy-Logik umzustellen und somit die Theorie autopoietischer Sozialsysteme in Richtung einer Theorie der Fuzzy-Systems fortzuentwickeln. Mit Hilfe der Fuzzy-Logik wird es möglich, Vagheiten von Systemzugehörigkeiten und vage Codierungsprozesse zu modellieren, ohne auf akteur- oder organisationstheoretische Modelle zurückgreifen zu müssen. Dies führt u.a. zu einer Neubestimmung der Vorstellung von Polykontexturalität als Poly-Optik sowie von Systemüberschneidungen." (Autorenreferat)

"The aim of this contribution is to reorganize the systems theory of Niklas Luhmann using fuzzy-logic to advance the theory of autopoietic systems towards a theory of fuzzy-systems. Using fuzzy-logic it is possible to model vagueness of system-memberships and vague coding processes without falling back on actor- or organizational models. Among other things this leads to a re-definition of the idea of polycontexturality now defined as poly-optic, and of system's interpenetration." (author's abstract)
