Este trabalho apresenta, inicialmente, a amostra mais ampla de escritores brasileiros que escreveram autobiografias, em prosa, e que privilegiaram a infância e/ou a adolescência como idade de vida e que, além disso, relataram episódios de violência doméstica sofrida. São destacados, dessa amostra, os dados referentes à violência psicológica que tiveram como motivação o processo de educação desses escritores. Esse tipo de violência ocorreu em razão de duas amplas categorias motivacionais: a imposição pelo adulto agressor de um modelo disciplinador e o processo de escolarização. Finalmente, analisam-se e discutem-se os dados textuais dos episódios de violência doméstica psicológica relatados pelos escritores brasileiros em suas autobiografias.... view less

This work presents, initially, the widest sample of Brazilian writers who wrote autobiographies, in prose, and who emphasized their childhood and/ or adolescence as an age of life having, besides that, related episodes of domestic violence. In this sample, is detached the data which refers to the use of the psychological violence in the writers’ educational process. This kind of violence occurred in reason of two motivational categories: the imposition by the assaulting adult of a discipline model and the process of schooling. Finally, is analyzed and discussed the text data from the domestic psychological violence episodes related by Brazilian writer's in their autobiographies.... view less
