This article is an attempt to evaluate the situation and perspectives of further development for EU-Armenia relations after Armenia's step back in signing the Association Agreement. The Vilnius Summit did not indicate any specific format of relations while the negotiations on Armenia's joining the Russia-led Customs Union are progressing.
