Evaluation is carried out periodically every three months, through activity reports and direct monitoring by the principal. The supervision applied is based on the principles of educational management, but there are still obstacles such as limited student transportation and a lack of parental support. Overall, achievement coaching has been implemented systematically and strategically, although further evaluation and development are still needed to improve the effectiveness of the program.... view less
