Der Artikel thematisiert die Notwendigkeit eines institutionell verankerten Schutzkonzepts zur Wahrung und Umsetzung der Kinderrechte in Krippen und Kitas. Dies kann nur gelingen, wenn a) die pädagogischen Fachkräfte ihre pädagogischen Handlungen hinsichtlich Übergriffigkeit, Macht und Missbrauch reflektieren und b) die Partizipation der Kinder entsprechend der in- ternational und national geltenden Gesetze im Alltag umgesetzt wird. The article deals with the need for an institutionally anchored protection concept to safeguard and implement children's rights in day-care centers. This can only be successful if a) the educational staff reflect on their educational actions with regard to assaults, power and abuse and b) participation is implemented in everyday life in accordance with international and national laws.
