%X This report outlines the development process of the International Social Survey Programme (ISSP) 2025 - Work Orientations V module questionnaire. It begins with a brief introduction of the ISSP in general, followed by a detailed description of how the 2025 Work Orientations module questionnaire was developed. An overview table is included to compare the items used in 2025 with those from previous modules in 1989, 1997, 2005, and 2015. The subsequent sections provide a comprehensive list of all obligatory items included in the 2025 source questionnaire. For each item, the replication history, corresponding question numbers, variable
names, question wording, and response options with labels are presented. The sections are organized according to respondent groups: questions directed at all respondents (Section 3), those currently working for pay (Section 4), and individuals not currently working for pay (Section 5). Newly introduced items are accompanied by a brief reasoning for their inclusion. After an overview of the number of replicate and new items, optional items are described, which can but not have to be included in the national questionnaires on the Work Orientations V module. The report closes with an overview of all contents in the ISSP 2025 questionnaire, a list of references, and the ISSP 2025 source questionnaire.
