dc.description.abstract | This article explores the relationship between culture and grammar in the context of the Turkic language family. It investigates how sociocultural elements, including nomadic heritage, religion, kinship systems, and patterns of social hierarchy, have influenced the grammatical structures of Turkic languages. The paper draws on comparative analysis, historical linguistics, and anthropological linguistics to demonstrate that grammar is not merely a structural aspect of language but is also profoundly shaped by the cultural milieu of its speakers. This article also examines the relationship between culture and grammar within the context of the Turkic language family, with a particular focus on the Azerbaijani language. It investigates how sociocultural elements, including nomadic heritage, religion, kinship systems, and social hierarchy, have influenced the grammatical structures of Turkic languages. Through comparative analysis and linguistic anthropology, it is demonstrated that grammar is not merely a structural system but a reflection of the cultural and historical experiences of its speakers. Special focus is placed on evidentiality, politeness, case usage, and agglutination in Azerbaijani, highlighting how this language embodies broader Turkic cultural paradigms. | de |
