Esta investigación contribuye a cerrar esta brecha mediante un enfoque cualitativo profundo, centrado en las voces de dos jóvenes mujeres que reportan afectaciones en su salud mental. Although mental health is recognised as a right in Peruvian public policy, there remains a paucity of evidence that addresses subjective experiences of emotional distress from the perspective of young people themselves. This research contributes to closing this gap through an in-depth qualitative approach, focusing on the voices of two young women who report mental health distress.
