As trust in multilateralism erodes, Germany should invest in health cooperation to rebuild partnerships, particularly with the Global South. Beyond satisfying moral obligations, creating more equitable health systems will strengthen resilience. It also aligns with Germany's interests by safeguarding global governance and reducing the risk of disease outbreaks.
