Basierend auf problemzentrierten Interviews zur Entscheidungsfindung von ungewollt Schwangeren, die mit der dokumentarischen Methode ausgewertet wurden, entwickelten wir eine viergliedrige Typologie, die Ressourcen und Herausforderungen in dieser Situation verdeutlicht. Strukturelle Ressourcen wie Beratung oder medizinische Versorgung spielen in keinem der Typen eine zentrale Rolle; stattdessen sind individuelle Ressourcen und die erfahrene Anerkennung ausschlaggebend, weshalb sich die Typen stark in ihrer Handlungsmacht unterscheiden. Based on problem-centred interviews regarding the decision-making of unintended pregnant individuals, which were analysed using the documentary method, we developed a four-part typology that highlights resources and challenges during this situation. Structural resources such as counselling or medical care do not play a central role in any of the types; instead, individual resources and the experienced recognition are crucial, leading to significant differences in their agency. The results indicate that social recognition is decisive for the subjective experience of decision-making freedom.... view less
