Abstract

The short article is devoted to the burning issue of exclusive danger hanging over Europe. A way out of the situation is achievable only in the case of unprecedented efforts on the part of the EU leadership and the national governments in the Continent, supplemented by the most active participation of the European public. Then the path to required overall social progress will be feasible.
