Abstract
Das für Spitzenpositionen nötige Selbstvertrauen wird im Kindesalter gelernt, im Idealfall von den eigenen Eltern. Kinder aus bildungsarmen Milieus brauchen soziale Paten außerhalb der Familie. Da Geschlechterstereotype weiter wirksam sind, profitieren Mädchen doppelt von früher Förderung.
