Abstract

"Seit der Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts diskutieren Psycholog/innen und Philosoph/innen verstärkt darüber, ob es angemessen und weiterführend sein kann, menschliches Verhalten ohne einen Bezug auf unsere Wünsche, Absichten und Fantasien zum Thema zu machen. Damit stellte sich insbesondere die Frage, was menschliche Handlungen eigentlich sind und was sie von einem Verhalten von Körpern, von Reizen und Ereignissen abhebt. In dem hier vorzustellenden Buch wird diese Frage aufgegriffen und in das Arbeitsgebiet der Handlungspsychologie eingeführt. Das gut lesbare und strukturierte Buch ist in zwei Teile geteilt: Der Erste widmet sich den Grundlagen handlungspsychologischer Theoriebildung, der Zweite greift einige Felder psychologischer Berufspraxis auf und geht der Frage nach, in welcher Weise die Handlungspsychologie fruchtbar für die konkrete Praxis sein könnte. Jedes Kapitel in beiden Teilen wird mit einer Zusammenfassung abgeschlossen, an deren Ende jeweils Verständnisfragen zum Kapitel gestellt werden." (Autorenreferat)
