'Im Artikel werden good-practice-Lernkonzepte vorgestellt, die geeignet sind, gering Qualifizierten den Zugang zum Lebensbegleitenden Lernen (lifelong learning: LLL) zu ermöglichen. Solche Konzepte können nur dann erfolgreich sein, wenn es ihnen gelingt, LLL-ferne Gruppen nachhaltig zum Lernen zu motivieren. Dies leisten die vorgestellten Modelle vor allem mit der Verknüpfung von Lernen und Arbeit sowie mit verschiedenen Formen von Mentoring. Durch diese Modelle können erfolgreich berufsrelevante Qualifikationen vermittelt werden. Ferner zeichnen sich die Initiativen dadurch aus, dass sie durch geeignete Begleitmaßnahmen die Integration in Arbeitsmarkt und Erwerbsleben so weit wie möglich sicherstellen. Neben aktiver Nachbetreuung stellen dabei vor allem innovative Kooperationsformen und Regelungen mit Betrieben eine Möglichkeit dar, die Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt verstärkt zu fördern.' 'The article presents innovative learning concepts that enable low skilled persons access to lifelong learning. These projects are only successful, when they can motivate the individual to learn. This is achieved in good-practice-initiatives with work-based learning and different forms of mentoring. To teach and to train job-related qualifications proved to be successful. Keys are efficient measures for assuring, to the extent possible, integration into the labour market and the work life.
