Autor omawia proces modernizacji w sądownictwie oraz przywołuje porównawcze przykłady zagraniczne. Przedstawia propozycje i wdrożone projekty mające na celu... view more
Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest polityka sądownictwa powszechnego w Polsce i działania podejmowane w jej obrębie w okresie pandemii COVID-19. Autor omawia proces modernizacji w sądownictwie oraz przywołuje porównawcze przykłady zagraniczne. Przedstawia propozycje i wdrożone projekty mające na celu unowocześnienie sądownictwa, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem informatyzacji. Stawia tezę, że sytuacja wywołana pandemią COVID-19 w znacznym stopniu przyśpieszyła wprowadzenie narzędzi umożliwiających dostęp online do sądów w Polsce. Niektóre rozwiązania zostały przyjęte przez ustawodawcę jedynie z myślą o czasach epidemii, inne w zamiarze prawodawcy miały na stałe stać się częścią procedur sądowych.... view less
