Se evidencian las violencias perpetradas por la economía criminal hacia las personas migrantes tras el aumento de las medidas restrictivas implementadas por el gobierno mexicano como estrategia para frenar el tránsito irregular. Se revisan textos académicos, así como recursos hemerográficos sobre masacres contra migrantes como las ocurridas en San Fernando, Tamaulipas, en 2010, en Cadereyta, Nuevo León, en 2012 y en Camargo, Tamaulipas, en 2021. Se pretende mostrar la tolerancia y la indolencia política ante la intervención violenta de la economía criminal en el tránsito migratorio irregular. The violence perpetrated by the criminal economy against migrants is evident after the increase in restrictive measures implemented by the Mexican government as a strategy to stop irregular transit. Academic texts are reviewed, as well as newspaper resources on massacres against migrants such as those that occurred in San Fernando, Tamaulipas, 2010; in Cadereyta, Nuevo León, 2012 and Camargo, Tamaulipas, 2021. Therefore, this work aims to show tolerance and political indolence in the face of the violent intervention of the criminal economy in irregular migratory transit.
