Participation aspects in the context of all-day education are elaborated using arguments from (new) childhood and youth researches (2), and finally in relation to the idea of agency forms of empowerment are shown (3). With the idea of 'subjective all-day education', critical positioning for social work is formulated for research and practice. 'Subjective all-day education' highlights the position of children and adolescents in the current social and socio-political situation and implies consequences for the further development of all-day care infrastructures.... view less
