Der Beitrag fokussiert auf transnationale Phänomene in der Schule und fragt danach, welche theoretischen und methodologischmethodischen Fragen sich daran für die Analyse der (Re-)Produktion sozialer Ungleichheit anschließen. Ausgehend von der Kritik am Methodologischen Nationalismus sowie postkolonialen und transnationalen Perspektiven wird eine Heuristik transnationaler Bildungswelten entwickelt, deren Potenzial für die Analyse sozialer Ungleichheit anhand eines empirischen Beispiels aus einer deutschen Sekundarschule entfaltet wird. The contribution focuses on transnational phenomena in schools and asks for theoretical and methodological questions when analysing the (re-)production of social inequality. Based on the critique of methodological nationalism and postcolonial and transnational perspectives, a heuristic of transnational educational worlds is developed, whose potential for the analysis of social inequality is unfolded using an empirical example from a German secondary school.
