Der Beitrag behandelt die absehbaren sozialen Risiken der Digitalisierung und unterbreitet eine Reihe von Vorschlägen zur Regulierung der zukünftigen Beschäftigungsverhältnisse. Der erste Teil präsentiert auf der Basis von Projektionen einen Referenzrahmen zur Entwicklung des Arbeitsmarktes. Danach unterscheiden wir drei Gruppen von sozialen Risiken, die zeitlich gestaffelt werden: kurzfristig Einkommen, mittelfristig Weiterbildung, langfristig Alterssicherung. The paper deals with the foreseeable social risks of digitalization and presents several of proposals for the regulation of future employment relationships. The first part presents a framework for the development of the labor market on the basis of projections. According to this, we distinguish three groups of social risks, which are staggered over time: short-term income, medium-term further education, long-term retirement insurance.
