Berater sind Wissens-Lieferanten, die einen wachsenden Wissensmarkt mit Know-how unterschiedlichster Art versorgen. Ihre Kunden kaufen ihre Dienstleistungen, weil sie diese nicht selbst erbringen können oder wollen. Beratung ist in hohem Maße People Business, in dem das Wissen und die persönliche Erfahrung des einzelnen Beraters sowie die persönliche Kundenbeziehung eine entscheidende Rolle spielen. Dies prädestiniert Berater zu Arbeitskraftunternehmern, die ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrungen entweder als selbständige Freelancer ihren Kunden auf eigene Rechnung selbst verkaufen oder als angestellte Berater von Dritten verkaufen lassen. Consultants are know how-suppliers, who, on a growing know how market, offer and sell a wide range of different services. Their customers buy these services, because they are not able to deliver them by themself or don’t want to do this. Consulting to a high degree is People Business, in which the know how and the individual experiences as well as the personel customer relationships are playing a decisive role. Therefore consultants are dedicated to act as Working Craft-Entrepreneurs, selling their know how as freelancers directly to their customers or led do this as employees by their employers.
