Dieser Artikel analysiert beispielhaft die Ergebnisse dreier Projekte zur Grundbildung: "CurVe", "AlphaBERUF" und das "DVV-Rahmencurriculum". Folgt man diesen Projekten, erhält der Kompetenzbegriff eine zentrale Bedeutung, will man den Analphabetismus erfolgreich bekämpfen.
