In traditional food production practices evidenced in this investigation, which are carried out in the municipalities of Marinilla and Santuario, in the State of Antioquia (Colombia), exist important similarities regarding the agro-ecological dynamics since they have a clean, chemical-free origin. but nevertheless, according to its philosophical, sociopolitical, and agronomical principles, agro-ecology does not conceive the use of agrochemicals for production due to the damage they generate in people's health, the impact of soils, and the environment. Las prácticas tradicionales, evidenciadas en esta indagación realizada en el municipio de Marinilla y Santuario del departamento de Antioquia (Colombia), se aprecian importantes similitudes con las dinámicas agroecológicas en tanto, ambas tienen un origen limpio y libre de químicos. Desde sus principios filosóficos, sociopolíticos y agronómicos la agroecología no concibe el uso de agroquímicos para la producción debido al perjuicio que estos generan en la salud de las personas, la afectación de los suelos y el medio ambiente; además se presenta como alternativa a las formas convencionales de producción de alimentos, propias del capitalismo.... view less
