Praktiken der Erzeugung von Qualität: ein analytisch-deskriptiver Blick auf Qualität in der Fachberatung für Kindertagespflege

Abstract

Der Beitrag illustriert aus einer nicht-evaluativen Perspektive die gegenstandstheoretische Konzeptualisierung des Qualitätsbegriffs, wie sie im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts "Qualitätsbedingungen von Fachberatung Kindertagespflege" (QualFa) entwickelt wurde. Unter Rückgriff auf die Analyse von beobachtetem Beratungshandeln in der zugrundeliegenden qualitativ-explorativen Studie wird im vorliegenden Beitrag exemplarisch dargestellt, wie Fachberatung für Kindertagespflege Qualität praktisch realisiert, wobei Qualität analytisch als eine lokale Interpretationsleistung des "offiziellen Programms" gefasst wird, die die Bedingungen und Schwerpunktsetzungen der jeweiligen Fachberatungsstelle und ihrer Akteure im Blick haben muss.

From a non-evaluative perspective, the article illustrates the conceptualization of the term "quality" as developed in the context of the research project "Qualitätsbedingungen von Fachberatung Kindertagespflege" (QualFa). Drawing on the analysis of a participant observation of counseling practices in the underlying qualitative-exploratory study, this article exemplifies how counseling in the field of family day care generates quality on a practical level. Quality is analytically taken as a local interpretation of the "official program", which must keep the conditions and priorities of a counseling center and its stakeholders in mind.
