Es posible detectar ciertas transformaciones en las dinámicas de acción, estrategias y demandas en los actuales movimientos indígenas. Al observarse los que vienen actuando en Brasil y en México, se ha podido constatar que se está produciendo una especie de transición, ambigua y reversible, hacia una lógica de acción que anuncia que los códigos y reglas que habían funcionado como articuladores y puntos estables de orientación emancipatoria algunos años atrás están en una irreversible crisis. El presente trabajo trata de contemplar estos cambios que diseñan nuevas prácticas políticas radicales de dicho sujeto social, abordando tres discusiones centrales: la diferencia cultural y los reclamos indígenas consecuentes; la supuesta dicotomía entre emancipación y pragmatismo; y, finalmente, las características actuales de las lógicas estratégicas e identitarias de los movimientos indígenas en la actualidad.... view less

It's possible to detect some transformations in the dynamics of action, strategies and demands of the indigenous movements. Watching those in Brazil and Mexico, it's clear some kind of transition, ambiguous and reversible, is ocurring and going towards an action logic that shows that the codes and rules that worked as stable references of emancipation some years ago are on an irreversible crisis. This work, through three central discussions, tries to contemplate the changes that create new radical political practices in the indigenous movements. The three are: the changing cultural surroundings and the subsequent indigenous claims; the dichotomy between emancipation and pragmatism, and finally, the actual characteristics of the identity and strategic logic of the present indigenous movements.... view less
