Se estudia la existencia de los sistemas legales en el combate a la corrupción y su análisis en lo concerniente a la legislación mexicana. Se determina la posibilidad de establecer responsabilidad civil tanto a los servidores públicos como a los corruptores, mediante un análisis de antecedentes y los elementos que justifican a la misma.
