En este trabajo analizamos las consecuencias del solapamiento salarial entre los mandos medios y los trabajadores sindicalizados que se viene produciendo en Argentina desde hace algunos años. Nos preguntamos acerca de la reticencia de los gerentes a sindicalizarse para defender sus intereses. Esto nos lleva a indagar la relación entre el peronismo y las clases medias. In this paper, we analyze the impact of salary overlap between middle management and unionized workers that has been occurring in Argentina in recent years. We consider the reluctance of managers to organize as to protect their interests. This leads us to explore the relationship between Peronism and the middle classes. This article is the product of reflections based on an ongoing research of middle management in big Argentinean companies from various sectors of the economy and with capitals from different countries.
