Pädagogische Einrichtungen sind zunehmend für die Nahrungsversorgung von Kindern zuständig. Sie übernehmen damit einen Aufgabenbereich, der traditionell Eltern zugeschrieben wird. Für den Bereich der nutritiven Versorgung deuten sich damit Verschiebungen im Verhältnis zwischen Eltern und pädagogischen Institutionen an, die Neuordnungen der Erziehung und Sorge und folglich Veränderungen in der Hervorbringung von Kindheit bedeuten. Vor diesem Hintergrund untersucht der Beitrag auf Basis von Gruppendiskussionen, wie Pädagog*innen des Elementar- und Primarbereichs die Ernährung von Kindern wahrnehmen und wie sie dabei Erziehungs- und Sorgeverantwortung im Verhältnis von Eltern und pädagogischen Institutionen zueinander begreifen.... view less

Recently, the nutrition of children has established as a new field of pedagogical-institutional duty in German kindergartens and primary schools. This leads to changes in the child care and, as such, to changes in the constitution of childhood. Against this background, the article analyses group discussions held with pedagogues working in kindergartens and primary schools on the topic of nutrition. It examines how pedagogues perceive the nutrition of kindergarten- and schoolchildren and how they conceptualize education and care responsibility within the frame of parental and pedagogical-institutional child care.... view less
