Ausgehend von einem Fallbeispiel für misslungene Kommunikation in der Grundschule werden latent wirksame Normalitätsannahmen expliziert. Dabei wird aus mehreren Perspektiven ein Gespräch zwischen einer Lehrerin und einem türkeistämmigen Jungen unter Betrachtung der Erziehungsvorstellungen der Eltern vergleichend interpretiert.
