Diese Publikation zeichnet verschiedene Aspekte im Zusammenhang mit 'Nahrungsmitteln in China' nach - von der Produktion über den Konsum bis hin zur Entsorgung. Dabei stehen vor allem Food safety und Food security im Mittelpunkt, aber auch Chinas Rolle auf den weltweiten Nahrungsmittelmärkten.
