These two nations, one a powerhouse of innovation and wealth in the Gulf, the other a pristine archipelago in the Indian Ocean, might seem worlds apart at first glance. Yet, their deepening ties reveal a shared vision: leveraging strategic investments and cooperation to build resilience, sustainability, and prosperity.
