Ongoing Russian attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure are causing widespread blackouts. Without coordinated action, the situation is expected to worsen over the coming winter. While technical solutions are available to improve the supply situation, their rapid implementation requires the input of significant resources and effective coordination.
