Atención psicosocial y salud mental en víctimas del conflicto armado en Colombia, atendidas a través del programa PAPSIVI

Abstract

It was found that for the interviewees, psychosocial reparation in the department of Quindío (Colombia) is negative insofar as it does not meet the objectives, care route and equitable access capacity, which limits the comprehensive reparation process and, therefore, enjoyment effective of their rights in the health field. Although the majority knows the program and its benefits, they do not agree with the management that the operators give to the activities, since, in their opinion, they are guided by the fulfillment of objectives and indicators of achievement rather than by the vocation of service. In the population, the following persist: physical and mental alterations due to the armed conflict, psychological processes that remain open or are not addressed, inequity in access to mental health services, and the idea of being re-victimized by health systems.

Se encontró que para los entrevistados la reparación psicosocial en el departamento del Quindío (Colombia) es negativa en tanto no cumple con los objetivos, ruta asistencial y capacidad de acceso equitativo, lo cual limita el proceso de reparación integral y, por ende, el goce efectivo de sus derechos en el plano de la salud. Aunque la mayoría conoce el programa y sus beneficios, no están de acuerdo con el manejo que los operadores dan a las actividades, ya que, a su juicio, se guían por el cumplimiento de objetivos e indicadores de logro más que por la vocación de servicio. En la población persisten: alteraciones físicas y mentales debido al conflicto armado, procesos psicológicos que se quedan abiertos o no se abordan, inequidad en el acceso a los servicios de salud mental, y la idea de ser re-victimizados por los sistemas de salud.
