Faced with the current recessive crisis, and on the verge of being classified as depressive in most Latin American countries, it is necessary to show the origin of the present economic crisis, which responds to a new accumulation regime that displaces the spatial and temporal crisis from the metropolitan countries to the peripheral countries in the face of the limits of the accumulation system.
