The tensions derived from the emergence of a possible new world order, where emerging powers compete for the control of the capitalist market, generate serious and accelerated changes in the dynamics of power and global-regional decision making. At the same time, climate change is advancing and alerts are growing due to its impact on Pachamama, our Mother Earth, which is making itself felt, by generating enormous weather conditions in a world where the balance of life is at risk due to human activity. The Covid19 pandemic and the multidimensional war tensions on a global scale are undeniable signs that, added to their impact on an accumulated and deteriorated economic and social crisis, evidence the extreme danger reached. It is a reality that is positioned by the media, by orienting the story according to particular interests, which accentuates polarizations and complicates the understanding of what is happening and why it is happening.
