Der Aufsatz untersucht, in welchem Umfang sich 100 deutsche Großverbände auf ihren Homepages dazu bekennen, Interessenvermittlung über das Rechtssystem zu praktizieren. Im Zentrum stehen die Politikfelder Wirtschaft, Soziales, Umwelt und Integration. Politikfeldübergreifend lässt sich festhalten, dass die Verbände justizielle Praktiken nur sehr defensiv zu ihrem organisationalen Markenkern zählen. In Anlehnung an die Literatur kann davon gesprochen werden, dass es viele "oneshotter" gibt und nur sehr wenige "repeat player", wobei die Unterschiede innerhalb der Politikfelder größer sind als diejenigen zwischen den Politikfeldern. This article investigates how much German organized interest groups present themselves as "oneshotters" or "repeat players" with respect to litigation strategies on their web pages. The analysis focuses on 100 large interest associations who are engaged in social, economic, environmental or migration policy. The overall finding is that German interest groups are rather "one-shotters" than "repeat players", with important differences within and among the policy areas.
