Neue Formen der gesellschaftlichen Kommunikation von Wissen - ein videografisches Projekt

Abstract

Kaum ein Vortrag kommt heutzutage noch ohne Bilder, veranschaulichende Tabellen und Grafiken aus. So hat sich die gesamte Konferenzkultur durch Powerpoint und ähnliche Programme verändert. Der Vortrag ist zur Präsentation geworden. Dem Körper des Redners bzw. der Rednerin kommt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Übermittlung von Inhalten zu. Um diese neuen Phänomen der Vortragskultur zu untersuchen, wurde in einem DFG-Projekt (http://www2.tu-berlin.de/~soziologie/AllgSoz/projekt/index2.htm) als Erhebungsinstrument die Videokamera eingesetzt. Videoanalysen eignen sich besonders zur Erfassung der "Körperlichkeit" von Interaktionsgeschehen. Der Film (2008, deutsch/englisch, 15 min, Stereo 3:4, PAL) stellt die Methode der Videographie vor und zeigt dabei einige aus dem Projekt resultierende Ergebnisse.

Hardly any conference talks are given without illustrative picture, tables and graphics. The entire conference culture has changed as a result of Powerpoint and similar programs. The talk has become the presentation. The body of the speaker plays an important role in communicating the content to an audience. To examine this new phenomenon of conference culture a video camera was used as an instrument of data collection in a project (http://www2.tu-berlin.de/~soziologie/AllgSoz/projekt/index2.htm) supported by the German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, DFG). Video analysis can be highly beneficial when examining the corporeality of interactive events. The film (2008, German/English, 15 min, Stereo 3:4, PAL) introduces the method of videography and thereby shows some results of the research project.

No hay charla que no incluya la ilustración mediante imágenes, tablas o gráficos. Toda la cultura de las conferencias ha cambiado como resultado del Power Point y programas similares. La conferencia se ha convertido en la presentación. El cuerpo del ponente juega un papel importante en la transmisión del contenido a la audiencia. Para examinar este nuevo fenómeno de la cultura de la conferencia se empleó la cámara de video como instrumento para el registro de datos en un proyecto (http://www2.tu-berlin.de/~soziologie/AllgSoz/projekt/index2.htm) financiado por la Fundación Alemana de Investigación (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, DFG). El videoanálisis puede ser altamente beneficioso para examinar la corporeidad de acontecimientos interactivos. La película (2008, Alemán/Inglés, 15 min., estéreo 3:4, PAL) introduce al método de la videografía y muestra algunos resultados del proyecto de investigación.
