Programmanalysen und ihre Bedeutung für pädagogische Forschung

Abstract

Die in der Weiterbildungsforschung sehr verbreiteten Programmanalysen werden eingehend erläutert. Bestehende Datenbestände, Forschungsthemen und methodische Ansätze qualitativer, quantitativer und kombinierender Art werden aufbereitet. Dabei werden drei Typen von Programmanalysen beispielhaft erläutert. Der Artikel endet mit einer Diskussion der Vor- und Nachteile von Programmanalysen in Abgrenzung zur Befragung. Im Fazit werden zukünftige Entwicklungslinien und Herausforderungen skizziert und Anregungen für die weitere Entwicklung von Programmanalysen unterbreitet.

Program analyses are frequently used in research on continuing education. The use of such analyses will be described in this article. Existing data sources, research topics, qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods, will be discussed. Three types of program analysis will be developed. The article ends with a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of program analysis in contrast to questionnaires. Future developments and challenges will be sketched in the conclusion. Recommendations for the future development of program analysis will be given.

En la investigación sobre educación continua se utiliza a menudo el análisis de programa. En este artículo se describe el uso de tal análisis. Se discuten las fuentes existentes de datos, los temas de investigación, los métodos mixtos y los métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos. Se desarrollan tres tipos de análisis de programa. Se concluye con una discusión sobre las ventajas y desventajas del análisis de programa al contrastarlo con los cuestionarios. En la conclusión se mencionan los desafíos y se brindan recomendaciones para los desarrollos futuros.
