Anhand einer Analyse von autoethnografischen Tagebucheinträgen zur Nutzung digitaler Technologien wurde die Morgenroutine von Studierenden rekonstruiert. In den Blick wurde Art, Dauer, Intensität und Häufigkeit der Nutzung genommen und eine dichte Beschreibung angefertigt. Die Forschungsfrage war, ob es sich bei der Morgenroutine um eine digitale Praktik handelt. Im Ergebnis kann die Morgenroutine als digitale Praktik gefasst werden, die erstens auf dem Wunsch nach Gemeinschaft fußt und zweitens zur Informationsaneignung dient. Ebenfalls wurde festgestellt, dass einige Teilnehmenden eine Verhaltensanpassung wie einen bewussten Routinedurchbruch im Rahmen des Seminars vollziehen, um der Routine entgegenzuwirken. Based on an analysis of auto-ethnographic diary entries on the use of digital technologies, the morning routine of students was reconstructed. The type, duration, intensity and frequency of use were examined and a dense description was drawn up. The research question was whether the morning routine is a digital practice. As a result, the morning routine can be seen as a digital practice that is firstly based on the desire for community and secondly serves to acquire information. It was also found that some participants adapt their behavior, such as a conscious breakthrough in routines, in the course of the seminar in order to counteract the routine.
