Miguel Abensour geht davon aus, dass sich "wahre" Demokratie in den Momenten zwischen zwei Staatsformen zeigt und somit explizit gegen den Staat gerichtet ist. Eine solcherart verstandene demokratische Gesellschaft ist demnach lediglich außerhalb von staatlich organisierten Gesellschaftsformen zu finden. Diese Arbeit untersucht dagegen die Möglichkeit des Auftretens der 'rebellierenden Demokratie' innerhalb von staatlichen Strukturen. Einen Ansatzpunkt dafür bieten bestimmte soziale Bewegungen, die durch eine schwache eigene Identität verschiedene Bevölkerungsschichten ansprechen und integrieren. Miguel Abensour assumes that "true" democracy appears in the moments between two forms of government and is thus explicitly directed against the state. Therefore, such a democratic society can only be found outside of a governmentally organized structure. This article, however, examines the possibility of the "insurgent democracy" occurring within the structures of a state. A starting point for this investigation is given by certain social movements which address and integrate different strata of society by means of a weak self-identity. A comparison of the modes of subjectification shows that these formations which are largely integrated into state structures can be a possible expression of the Abensourian democracy.... view less
