Eine zentrale Erwartung an Familienzentren ist die Familienorientierung und diese geht mit der Aufforderung zu multiprofessioneller Kooperation und Vernetzung einher. Im Zentrum dieses Beitrags steht die Frage, wie Familienzentren ihre multiprofessionellen Kooperations- und Vernetzungsstrukturen angesichts dieser Erwartung gestalten. Das Phänomen wird dabei aus der Perspektive des Neo-Institutionalismus betrachtet und als Übersetzungsprozess verstanden: Anhand zweier exemplarischer Fälle wird aufgezeigt, dass Familienzentren ihr Handeln an dieser Erwartung ausrichten. Dabei werden allerdings Anpassungen sichtbar, welche aus den Handlungslogiken organisationaler Akteur*innen angesichts vielfältiger institutioneller Erwartungen resultieren. Durch die Übersetzungen zeigen sich zwei unterschiedliche Formen der Familienorientierung und Konstrukte von Multiprofessionalität. Das organisationale Handeln im Kontext multiprofessioneller Kooperation und Vernetzung stellt somit ein vielschichtiges Phänomen dar, welches durch unterschiedliche institutionelle Erwartungen an das organisationale Feld der Familienzentren gerahmt wird. A central expectation of family centers is family orientation. At the same time, this expectation is combined with the request for multi-professional cooperation and networking. This article focuses on the question of how family centers organize their multi-professional cooperation and network structures regarding this expectation. The described phenomenon is considered from the perspective of neo-institutionalism and is understood as a translation process: Using two exemplary cases, it can be revealed that family centers align their actions towards this expectation. However, in this process adaptations become visible that result from the action logics of organizational actors regarding diverse institutional expectations. The translations thereby reveal two forms of family orientation and different constructs of multi-professionalism. In the context of multi-professional cooperation and networking, organizational action represents a complex phenomenon that is framed by different institutional expectations of the organizational field of family centers.
