A educação a distância mediatizada pelas tecnologias digitais viabiliza a integração da experiência do profissional nas ações formação, propiciando o desenvolvimento de um design curricular com foco na experiência compartilhada e na reflexão sobre a mesma. Este artigo apresenta uma experiência de educação a distância realizada no âmbito da formação continuada de gestores escolares voltada para a integração de tecnologias na escola, analisa as contribuições das tecnologias nas atividades on-line e as categorias da experiência evidenciadas ao longo do processo formativo. Os resultados indicam que a integração entre o contexto virtual e o da prática profissional permitiu que as experiências se constituíssem como objetos de formação, reflexão, teorização e transformação.... view less

The distance education mediated by digital technologies enables the integration of the experience in the formation actions of the education professionals, providing the development of a curriculum design with the focus on shared experience and reflection on it. This article presents an experience of distance education carried out in the extent of the continuing education of school principals for the integration of technologies in schools, examines the contributions of technology in online activities and analyses the categories of experience highlighted throughout the training process.
