dc.description.abstract | In this commentary, I argue that adopting a practice-theoretical research approach helps us to better understand the dispersed nature of journalism and its large web of actors, both traditional and non-traditional. I take innovation as an example that can be fruitfully examined through the practice lens. I also propose narrative positioning analysis as an additional method for digging more deeply - and slowly - into the positions that these varied actors adopt, are offered or placed into. | de |
